The Merrifield Project is located 30 km north of Melbourne’s CBD, and it will transform over 770 hectares into a vibrant new city offering living, commercial and industrial areas. The Merrifield Business Park is part of a mixed-use community with a city centre and residential area, providing Dulux with the opportunity to grow with this new community over the long term.
Dulux considered a range of locations but chose Merrifield for a number of reasons, including its strategic location on the Hume Highway and connectivity to the Eastern Seaboard. It also provides access to a skilled workforce in a growing region to support the Dulux business now and into the future.
